In 2004, Habitat to the Max joined with Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County to share their dream of building affordable homes in partnership with low-income families in need of safe, decent housing. Since then, we have been overwhelmed with the support from our community. With the help from businesses and individuals, like yourself, Habitat to the Max has raised over $1.7 million on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County to build 13 single-family homes, repair houses for older homeowners on fixed incomes, and engage hundreds of family, friends and volunteers in the process.
We are now preparing for our 17th annual “Habitat to the Max” fundraiser to sponsor our 14th family and we invite you to support our efforts.
NEW H2M DAY OF GIVING
Announcing our Virtual Day of Giving
Saturday, May 15, 2021
With your generous support last year, our 12th and 13th families are currently building their new homes in Port Hueneme. We are now preparing for our 17th annual “Habitat to the Max” event to sponsor our 14th family and we invite you to support our efforts.
Due to Covid concerns, we will not be gathering for our Annual Dinner &
Auction night. Despite these circumstances, we remain strongly committed to
our mission. The need for affordable housing in Ventura County has never been greater and our Habitat for Humanity families rely on the security of their homes. This year on May 15th, the International Day of Families, we will hold a virtual Day of Giving to support families in need of housing solutions. Please consider making a donation that will forever change the lives of our Habitat families.
Donations are being accepted now. If you would like to donate towards building materials or be a Habitat Hero by donating at a Sponsorship level, please see: https://www.habitatventura.org/habitattothemax/ or scan the QR code below to be directed to our site.
Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure stability and security for generations to come. Thank you! For question about Habitat to the Max or the Day of Giving please contact: Frank Blum at frankscotty@msn.com or 805-807-5681.
On July 18th we celebrated with a virtual dedication of the Barry Street homes in Camarillo. Our 11th family, the Morales-Castro family, now has a place to call home! To learn more of what Habitat is about, you can view these short videos of the ceremony and tour the homes. Click on the links below.

On behalf of Habitat to the Max, we want to thank the entire St. Max community for coming together to fund and build these latest Habitat homes. Now, more than ever, we can truly appreciate what it means to have a safe, decent and affordable home.
Thank you for helping us build strength, stability and self-relieance through shelter for our Habitat families.
